Emo Fashion Whores, Check Out These Bitchin' Shoes
Sunday, April 23, 2006 at 08:56PM You've got a wardrobe to envy. Tight-fitting indie shirts, denim that shoes off your nonexistent ass and the coolest aviator sunglasses in the West. What's missing from this picture? A pair of rad-ass shoes that nobody else has.
There's three things I hate about today's fashions: Generic clothes showing no personality, rampant conformism and the utter innatttention to details that plagues the American fashion aesthetic. In Europe (at least in Paris), there were clothing styles to suit every personality and they didn't have a problem with everybody dressing the same.
These shoes rock because they're full of personality. These unique converse-style shoes from Gotham City Online, called 24FS Andy Jenkins Hi Fabric Sneakers, come in just black. I probably wouldn't be reviewing them if they came in godawful fruity-pebbles hues that seem to be popular with American kids.
It's rare to find unique clothing with artistic embellishments like these shoes. Kinda reminds me of dark chocolate cake delicately embroidered with white chocolate drizzel. Fo' shizzle...
Unless you're a total fashion nincompoop, these shoes will go with almost any clothing style. Nevermind the fact they're only available in mens sizes. They would look equally sexy on emo girls as emo boys, if not a little more appropriate. But since when do we care about appropriate???!
Remember boys and girls, you have to be seen to be scene--these could be the coolest shoes you will ever be seen in. And they would make an exquisite addition to any style-minded emo kid's wardrobe.
Dont buy them all, leave a pair for me would you??
