Three Boyfriends, Which Do I Choose?

Hey umm i have 3 boyfriends and I love them all but all of us are different. Exept for one and me and him are the same coz we both are emo and we have heeeps in common. But i love all of them and one of them  is a druggy and a drinker but he is so nice... and the other one is really shy and quiet. I dont know who to stay with coz i like them all. - Ashlee

Without passing moral judgement on any of them, let me ask you a question. Which boyfriend you honestly see yourself staying with in two or three years? Do you see yourself staying in a healthy relationship with the drinker/druggie? Will your relationship with the shy one stay interesting for you? Only you know. I'm not trying to put down either boy, just trying to get to the heart of what you really want.

It's important that you clarify what you really want in a potential boyfriend. For yourself and for your potential boyfriend and be clear about that from the start. I hope you know you can love people without handcuffing yourself to a serious relationship with them. I absolutely love all my friends, but I would never be in a relationship with any of them. Boyfriend material and feeling love toward someone don't always walk hand in hand, ya know?

If you have three boys who you call "boyfriends", they each must be providing you with something that makes them "boyfriend-worthy" in your eyes. What does each "boyfriend" give you? Do you really want to settle for just a small peice of each boy? Or do you want the total package? The one guy who gives you everything the other three give you, and more?

You're not going to attract him while caught in your current tangle of relationships.

Answer these questions for yourself, then make a decision. But don't continue calling all three boys your boyfriends. That will only end in heartache for everyone. I'm serious.

well, this is just like a friend of mine. She broke up witha guy after a long-term relationship and now she has three guys. I guess you just have to think about who you like the most out of all of them. Id stay away from the druggie, even if he is nice. He just wont be going anywhere in his life.

I think that you need to lose the druggie and the shy one. But how can you love them all? If you truly loved them you wouldn't lead them on like this. I think you should definitely keep the one that you have the most in common with. And you need to tell them that you've been cheating on them all.

Ditch the druggie. I have an emo boy friend myself, so from experience (even though theyre probably completely different) id say stick with number 1. also, your an emo whore (in a good way you unfaithful three timer)

tell them all whats going on and the druggy will be up for it cuz we are freaky like that. The shy guy will be down uz he will be glad that someone digs him..even if he has to share. But DO NOT tel the one that is just ike you cuz he prolly already has an idea and is jus trying to catch you since he hasent said anything. And his silence lets you know that he wont be happy about it. But if the other two know they can help cover your tracks. And if you loose one allong the way..o well...you still have 2 more!

In my personal opinion, and this is just me, I say drop them all and start from scratch. But, even if you think you love them all, perhaps your wrong. I mean, you can't love them very much if you're playing all of them. That's not fair to them and not fair to you because, well because that's what I think. Haha.
